As part of the team of MBL Svetozar takes active participation in architectural design, construction project management, project management of fit-out works, design management, property management, facility management, workplace analysis, tendering & procurement, reporting, on-site supervision, technical due diligence, building consultancy.
Prior to his assignment with MBL, as Architect / Project Manager Svetozar was responsible for maintaining client relations, site analyses, design process coordination, execution of project related documentation, supervision of design subcontractors, on site inspections, presentation and marketing materials.
Svetozar holds a MSc degree in Architecture and he is a member of the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria.

Nikolay has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years with various responsibilities including market research, investment and corporate advisory, brokerage etc. He has been responsible in the past 7 years for the development of the office agency of MBL and has successfully turned a start-up agency in 2007 into the leading office agency team on the local market at present.
Nikolay holds an MBA from the American University in Washington DC. He has successfully serviced Occupiers and Landlords. His list of clients includes: HP, KBC Group, Experian, Pfizer, PPD, VMware, Renault-Nissan, Nokia, GE, Steelcase, C3 and many others.

Asen manages successfully the versatile business lines of MBL including: Investment Sales, Advisory & Valuations, Office Space,Retail Space, Land and Industrial Agencies. Asen has graduated successfully the MBA programme in the prestigious KOGOD University in Washington and has an extensive experience in the real estate and finance sector. Part of Asen’s clients include Cinema City, Europa Capital, GE, Immofinanz, Merril Lynch, Quinlann Private, Tishman International, CA Immo and many others.

Georgi Dimitrov was involved in the establishment of MBL and has played a key role in the company since its beginning of operations. He is the Director of Advisory and Capital Markets teams in Sofia.

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and also of the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria. Georgi holds a MSc degree in Real Estate (Merit)  from the University of Reading and a BSc in Business Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

His professional experience includes numerous advisory assignments for clients including GE Real Estate, Quinlan Private/ Avestus Capital Partners, TPG Captal, Heitman, Europa Capital, Immofinanz, CA Immo, Raiffeisen Evolution, Unicredit, Raiffeisen Bank, Immorent, European Commission, Cinema City International, Praktiker, Metro, MTel, etc.

Georgi has participated in the investment sale of Mall Varna, a €120 million transaction and also led the acquisition due diligence and consecutive property management of City Center Sofia, a €100 million transaction. Recent transactions include the disposal of Mall of Sofia (c.a. €90 million) on behalf of Europa Capital and acquisitions of prominent development sites in Sofia.

Since joining MBL in 2012 Dimitar has been actively participating in the majority of transactions in the Office Agency Department. Dimitar’s market knowledge has enabled him to service successfully major tenant representation assignments in the last four years.

Dimitar is  a certified real estate appraiser by the Bulgarian Chamber Of Real Estate Appraiser. (KNOB) and holds a BSc degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Dimitar’s list of clients includes: Teva Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, Regus, Merck, Software AG, Sanofi, Marsh & McLennan, Fadata, British Council, OMV, Cargill, Skyscanner, Booking.com, Lenovo, Oracle, Astellas Pharma, Matrix Global and many others.

Rosen is part of MBL team since 2014 and is responsible for valuation services and consulting. His professional experience includes working on real estate projects for many local and international clients – developers, banks, investment funds, retailers, production and service companies. Rosen heads the market research of MBL, which provides valuable information to clients in their decision making process.

Prior to joining MBL, Rosen Grigorov spent 10 years in UniCredit as project manager of network optimization, head of mobile sales force. In Bank Austria he took part in strategic projects and investment consulting for UniCredit M&A transactions in CEE.

He is a CFA Charterholder, regular member of CFA Institute and the Bulgarian CFA Society. Rosen is a certified appraiser of real estate with the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria (CIAB).
